連日の雨によりなかなか進みませんでしたが
ようやく屋根のルーフィングが張られました。
透湿ルーフィングのタイベックルーフライナー
ルーフィングとは屋根の下葺き材の防水シートで
屋根からの雨水侵入を最終的に防ぐ大切な役割を担います。
ルーフィングにも種類があり
一般的に使用されているアスファルトルーフィング940は
有機天然繊維を原料としたフェルト状の原紙にアスファルトを浸透被覆したシート状のもので10年程度で耐久性が低下すると言われております。
改質アスファルトルーフィングは
アスファルトルーフィングを改良したもので、アスファルトの他に合成ゴムや合成樹脂を加えたルーフィングです。
耐用年数は20年程度と言われており、温度変化に強く、耐久性に優れています。
上記の2種類は非透湿の防水紙で
屋根通気などをしっかり取らないと野地板が湿気で痛み劣化が進む恐れがあります。
ルーフィングの劣化と野地板の腐朽が多いと思います。
また材料の耐久性も高く長期間建物を守ります。
